Due to the fact that Bańska Niżna stands out from other Podhale villages, we decided to build something more than an ordinary holiday home here.
We have created a place dear to our hearts. Thanks to unique furnishings accompanied by comfortable and modern solutions, these four walls are so much more than an ideal accommodation for your holiday. And after just one day, our guests see for themselves that our cottage is definitely more – it is a unique haven of quiet relaxation. In the very heart of a Polish ski resort lies a small yet unique village – Bańska Niżna. What makes this village special? It is the first village in Poland to be heated entirely by thermal energy. It is all down to the fact that oil was prospected for here in the 1980s. Unfortunately, no valuable raw material was found, but thermal waters were discovered instead. They have since become an invaluable gift to this settlement, its inhabitants and visitors.
Bańska Niżna, located just off the Zakopianka highway, is the perfect place for a holiday! It offers many opportunities to relax and take care of your health thanks to a number of pools fed by thermal water. At the same time, its proximity to Zakopane and other ski resorts makes it a paradise for skiers and mountain hiking enthusiasts.
